I love working out and being active, but tend to get bored with workouts easily. As we all do, right?
I recently found one that I'm in love with and that you can do from home...AMAZING. The work-out is The Ultimate at-home boot camp and I found it in my new favourite magazine Best Health. From warm up to cool down it only takes up about an hour of your time. I'd say it's the best at-home workout I've tried since hitting the deck everyday with Tony Horton and his P90X videos.
